  • Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
    Yes, but only after you have been with us for 30 days or more and providing your package subscription costs $5 or more. See our Billing Policy for more information.

  • Do you offer free trial subscriptions?

  • Is your service reliable?
    We think it is. We work hard to ensure your site is up 99% of the time. But if you can provide us with evidence that shows your site was available for less than 99% during any given month then we will refund that month's fee on request. Please refer to Section 3b of our Terms of use Agreement for more information regarding reliability and downtime.

  • When will my account be set up?
    As soon as we receive your first payment from PayPal and you have filled in the form on the 'Thank You Page'. In many cases new accounts are set up within minutes, but you should be prepared to wait up to 12 hours.

  • Can I host multiple domains on one account?
    Yes. All packages except the Starter Package allow at least 2 domains to be hosted (Bronze Package), up to a maximum of 10 (Super Package). Please see our list of hosting services for more information.
